Since the company and Debo Certified Public Accountants Limited failed to reach an agreement on the company's audit fees for the year ending March 31, 2024, Debo has resigned as the company's auditor, effective April 30, 2024.
On the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Evergreen (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor with effect from April 30, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy after Debo's resignation. The term of office is until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
