Zhitong Finance App News, China Childcare Network (01736) issued an announcement. After the trading period on April 30, 2024, the company signed a supplementary placement agreement (supplementary agreement) with the placement agent to amend certain provisions of the placement agreement.

According to the supplementary agreement, the placement agreement will be terminated if the prerequisites for the placement are not reached on or before May 17, 2024 (or such other date as may be agreed in writing between the placing agent and the company, not on June 25, 2024 in accordance with the placement agreement).

The placement is expected to be completed on or before May 17, 2024 (or such later time and/or date as may be agreed in writing between the Company and the Placing Agent).
