Check-Cap Ltd., an Israeli-based company, recently held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, resulting in the approval of compensation for interim executive officers and the ratification of several board appointments. Shareholders voted in favor of appointing a new independent auditor and granting the board authority to determine the auditor’s compensation. The meeting also saw the removal of a board member, with overwhelming majority votes supporting all decisions.
