According to the Zhitong Finance App, Cinda International Holdings (00111) announced that on April 26, 2024 (after the trading period), the company purchased 3.95% perpetual securities with a total principal amount of 3 million US dollars on the open market, with a total cost of about 3 million US dollars (equivalent to about HK$23.4 million).
