NoonTalk Media Limited has effectively allocated the net proceeds of approximately S$3.24 million from its IPO, after IPO-related costs, towards expanding its regional presence, particularly in film and drama production, investing in multimedia technology, and covering working capital and general corporate needs. The company has also announced a partnership with Oak 3 Films Pte. Ltd., investing in a film production as part of its strategic expansion in existing and complementary business areas.
