4月29日報道，根據香港聯交所4月29日披露的文件，Battsengel Gotov於4月25日以每股均價9.9996港元售出$蒙古焦煤 (00975.HK)$50萬股普通股股份，價值約499.98萬港元。售出後，Battsengel Gotov最新持股數目爲950萬股股份，好倉比例由0.96%降至0.91%。
補充資料：The Company granted share options to the Director and employees on 3 April 2023. These share options will lapse on 3 April 2028, upon the expiration of the exercise period. On 25 April 2024, Dr. Gotov exercised a total of 500,000 share options for 500,000 shares of the Company, which were disposed of on the same day via a cashless sell order through the Company's Hong Kong branch share registrar for and on behalf of Dr. Gotov.什麼是權益披露？
