Lloyds Banking (GB:LLOY) has released an update.
Lloyds Banking Group PLC has announced the purchase of 28,959,755 of its own ordinary shares as part of its ongoing share buyback program, with the intention to cancel the acquired shares. The transaction was conducted via their broker, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, with share prices ranging between 51.34 to 52.56 pence, averaging at 52.1321 pence per share.
