Simble Solutions Ltd. has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on May 30, 2024, in Sydney, where shareholders will address key resolutions. These include the adoption of the Financial Statements and Remuneration Report for 2023, and the election and re-election of directors, including Mr. Ben Loiterton and Mr. Stephen Thornhill. The meeting will also see Mr. Qiang Wang standing for election as a director, following his recent appointment.
