Shell plc has announced the repurchase of shares for cancellation on 25 April 2024, as part of its ongoing share buy-back programme, which was previously publicized on 1 February 2024. These transactions occurred across multiple trading venues including the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and Euronext Amsterdam (XAMS), with a total of 1,658,600 shares acquired at various price points. The buy-back programme is conducted under the framework of regulatory rules from both the EU and the UK.
