On April 24, Ge Longhui | Shanghai Pioneer Holdings (01345.HK) announced that Deloitte Guanhuang Chen Fang Certified Public Accountants (“Deloitte”) will retire as the company's auditor at the end of the company's recent annual general meeting after the end of its current term of office. Following Deloitte's retirement, Hong Kong Lixin Dehao Certified Public Accountants Limited (“Lixin”) was appointed as the company's new auditor, subject to shareholders' approval at the annual shareholders' meeting (Lixin will complete its internal client acceptance procedures prior to the annual shareholders' meeting).
