Aspen Group Limited has announced a change in Director Guy Farrands’ interests, signaling an increase in his indirect holdings via on-market purchases of Stapled Securities between April 17 and April 19, 2024. The transactions were made through Kanook Pty Ltd as the trustee for the Kanook Super Fund and resulted in Farrands’ indirect interest growing from 196,046 to 211,046 securities at $1.73 each.
