InterContinental Hotels (GB:IHG) has released an update.
InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has announced the buyback of 29,892 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from £77.06 to £78.24 per share, with an average cost of £77.9951 each. These shares, which were purchased through Goldman Sachs International on the London Stock Exchange, are to be cancelled, leaving the company with 163,082,372 shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
