According to Zhitong Finance App, Tianyun International Holdings (06836) announced that from April 19, 2024: (1) Yang Ziyuan will no longer serve as the chairman of the board of directors and nomination committee, and the company's CEO. He will remain an executive director, member of the Remuneration Committee, and Chairman of the Strategic Development and Investment Committee, but his powers and duties have been suspended; (2) Yang Yunyao has been reappointed from an executive director to a non-executive director and appointed as the chairman of the board of directors and nomination committee; and (3) Wan Ho Yuen has been appointed as the company's executive director and CEO.
