Genmin Limited, an emerging African iron ore producer, has announced the closure of its shortfall offer, stating no shares were issued under this offer. The company has successfully raised approximately $23.4 million before costs through its recent entitlement offer and placement. Genmin is advancing its flagship Baniaka project in Gabon, targeting the start of commercial production by mid-2025, with project build financing discussions underway.
