Andrew Liveris has stepped down as a director of NOVONIX LIMITED as of April 17, 2024. At the time of his departure, Liveris held substantial interests in the company including 5,135,995 ordinary shares and 9,000,000 options. Additionally, his interests through entities managed by Mutual Trust Pty Ltd and Lapana Pty Ltd comprised 4,132,794 and 360,000 ordinary shares respectively.
