("ARHT" or "the Company") (TSXV: ART), (OTCQB: ARHTF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Vasily Ryabov as Chief Financial Officer effective May 1, 2024. Mr. Ryabov has served as a member of the finance group of the Company since 2020 and most recently as Vice President, Finance. In his new role Mr. Ryabov will be responsible for financial planning and reporting, treasury management and public markets communication. Mr. Ryabov is a CPA, CA and has over 10 years of experience with growing tech companies.
