Bloom Energy Names Daniel Berenbaum CFO - Quick Facts

Bloom Energy Inc. (BE) announced the appointment of Daniel Berenbaum as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 29, 2024. He will succeed Greg Cameron, who will remain with the company until mid-May 2024. Berenbaum most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at National Instruments (NATI).

Hazleton, Pennsylvania -based Cargill Meat Solutions is recalling around 16,243 pounds of raw ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O157:H7, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service or FSIS. The raw ground beef items were produced on April 26-27, and shipped to Walmart retail locations across the United States. Specialty medical devices provider Teleflex Inc. (TFX) reported Thursday that net income for the first quarter plunged to $15.29 million or $0.32 per share from $76.75 million or $1.62 per share in the prior-year quarter. Income from continuing operations was $0.33 percent, sharply lower than $1.63...
