Shengyang Investment (00174.HK) issued an announcement regarding the sale of properties in the US through the US real estate fund platform. As stated in the previous announcement, the buyer may choose to cancel the sale agreement at any time during the validity period by issuing written notice to the seller at or before the end of the period of validity.
