Getty Images Holdings, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to eleven members and appointed Tracy Knox as a new director, effective April 10, 2024. Knox, an experienced financial executive with a history of leadership roles including CFO of Rover Group and Rightside, will be a Class II director standing for re-election at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. She brings a wealth of expertise to the board, having also served on multiple other boards and holding an accounting degree and MBA. Knox’s appointment follows standard company procedures and compensation, with no conflicts of interest disclosed.
