According to the Zhitong Finance App, Guorui Life (00108) announced the results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The group achieved revenue of HK$353 million during the period, an increase of 0.1% over the previous year; losses attributable to shareholders were HK$129 million, a year-on-year decrease of 59.61%; and the basic loss per share was HK4.04 cents.

According to the announcement, the decrease in losses was mainly due to the combined effects of the following during the year: an increase of about HK$142 million in remeasured income after the conversion of a number of sold properties into investment properties; a decrease of about HK$16.987 million in net other expenses; a decrease of approximately HK$8.297 million in utilities, maintenance and rent expenses; and an increase of about HK$16.642 million in other revenue and revenue.
