According to the Zhitong Finance App, Greater China Holdings (00021) announced results for the year ended December 31, 2023, with revenue of HK$238.43 million, up 90% year on year; loss attributable to company owners was HK$4,041 million, profit of HK$53.021 million for the same period last year; basic loss per share was HK0.1 cents.

The increase in turnover during the period was mainly due to an increase in the area delivered within property sales. The Group obtained losses attributable to the owners of the company during the period, mainly due to a decrease in exchange income generated by the conversion of the Group's financial liabilities and an increase in administrative and operating expenses during the year.
