VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / March 28, 2024 / Highlander Silver Corp. (CSE:HSLV) (the "Company" or "Highlander Silver") announces that the closing of the share purchase agreement dated November 29, 2023 (the "Share Purchase Agreement") with SSR Mining Inc. ("SSR Mining") to acquire the San Luis gold-silver project (the "San Luis Project") located in Ancash Department of central Peru (the "Transaction") is now expected to occur in Q2 2024, as opposed to in Q1 2024 as was stated in the Company ́s news release dated November 30, 2023.
