National Grid (NGG) has released an update.
National Grid plc has updated its total voting rights, with a registered capital consisting of over 3.9 billion ordinary shares, out of which approximately 247 million are held as treasury shares. The remaining balance of over 3.7 billion shares carry voting rights, a figure shareholders use to assess changes in their stake as per financial regulations. Additionally, disclosures regarding the vesting and disposal of shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) were made in compliance with market abuse regulations.
