ValueMax Group Limited has announced that their subsidiary, Well Chip, has received approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia for a proposed listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This step is part of an internal restructuring of ValueMax’s associated companies in Malaysia. The company will provide further updates to shareholders as the listing process progresses.
