Vizsla Silver Corp. has announced a corporate reorganization in which it will split into two entities through a plan of arrangement, with shareholders receiving shares and warrants in the newly formed Vizsla Royalties Corp. Additionally, the company has unveiled an at-the-market equity program to sell up to C$50 million in common shares, with the sales to be conducted through Canaccord Genuity.
