中房网讯 （苏晓/文）3月25日，中渝置地控股有限公司发布2023年度的全年业绩公告显示，2023年，中渝置地收入总额为4.73亿港元，同比减少约5.1%。
中渝置地表示，收入的减少主要是由于年内加息导致英国投资物业的公平值亏损及融资成本上升。与此同时，报告还显示，该公司的行政费用为3.45亿港元，较上年同期略有增加；金融资产的减值亏损净额为6621万港元，相比上年有所收窄。
