Glonghui, March 21, 丨 Marco Digital Technology (01942.HK) announced that according to a preliminary review of the Group's unaudited comprehensive management accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 and that the company can obtain additional information, the Group expects to record a consolidated net loss after tax of no less than RMB 60 million in fiscal year 2023, while the nine months ended 31 December 2022 recorded a consolidated net loss after tax of approximately RMB 234.79 million.

The related expected losses are mainly due to non-cash impairment losses on the goodwill of the cash-generating unit goodwill of Positive Oasis Limited and its subsidiaries, which provide credit financing services. To determine the recoverable amount of Positive Oasis Group's cash-generating units, the Group has engaged independent valuers to review and re-evaluate the assumptions used.
