("AFS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of TrustBIX, and AgriPlay Ventures Inc. ("AgriPlay"). The Agreement allows AFS to resell exclusive territorial licenses for AgriPlay's indoor farming technology to territory managers globally. The Agreement has a duration of 10 years and is subject to certain performance conditions.
