ValueMax Group Ltd. (SG:T6I) has released an update.
ValueMax Group Ltd. has successfully allocated the $23.2 million net proceeds from its 2023 Rights cum Warrants Issue entirely towards bolstering the working capital of its moneylending and pawnbroking business segments. The majority, amounting to 84% or $19.4 million, was channeled into the moneylending segment, while the remaining 16% or $3.8 million supported the pawnbroking segment.
