Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited has announced a shift to electronic dissemination of corporate communications in accordance with new Hong Kong Listing Rules, effective December 31, 2023. Shareholders will now access communications electronically via the company’s and Hong Kong Exchanges’ websites, and will only receive printed forms by request. To continue receiving information, shareholders must provide a functional email to their Intermediaries, with the company stressing the importance of maintaining a working email address.
