(CSE: KOG) ("KO Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has granted a total of 1,800,000 stock options ("Options") to purchase common shares of the Company to certain directors, officers and consultants pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan. Such Options are exercisable into common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.45 per common share for a period of two years from the date of grant. The Options vested on issuance.
