ClearOne Shares Rise On Special One-time Cash Dividend

Shares of ClearOne, Inc. (CLRO) are up 124% following the announcement of a one-time special cash dividend of $0.50 per share of ClearOne common stock.

CLRO is trading on the Nasdaq at $2.03, up 124.31% or $1.12 per share. It has traded between $0.64 and $2.65 in the past 52-week period.

The dividend is set to be paid on April 10, 2024, to shareholders on record as of April 2, 2024.

The company has specified that shareholders who sell ClearOne common stock before the payment date will not receive the special dividend, as it surpasses 25% of the stock's value.
