After the shareholders approved the change of the company name, the Registrar of Cayman Islands Companies issued a certificate of registration for the change of name on February 8, 2024, certifying that the company's English name was changed from “China TianYF Holdings Group Limited” to “Futian Holdings Limited” and that the company's Chinese dual foreign language name was changed from “China Tianyifu Holding Group Co., Ltd.” to “Futian Co., Ltd.” The Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a certificate of registration for a change of name for a registered non-Hong Kong company on March 1, 2024, confirming that the company's new English name “Futian Holdings Limited” and the new Chinese name “Futian Co., Ltd.” were registered in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

After the change of the company name takes effect, the English stock abbreviation used by the company for stock trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “CHINA TIANYF” to “FUTIAN HOLDINGS”, and the Chinese stock abbreviation used by the company for stock trading on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “China Tianyifu” to “Futian Shares”, effective from 9:00 a.m. on March 12, 2024. The company's stock code on the Stock Exchange remains unchanged and remains “8196”.
