宏基集團控股(01718.HK)公布，由於公司未能與國衛就審核集團截至今年3月31日止年度之綜合財務報表的審計費用達成共識，國衛將辭任公司核數師，自股東特別大會結束當日起生效。董事會已確認，國衛尚未開展任何有關年度綜合財務報表的審計工作。因此，董事會認為，變更核數師將不會對年度審計造成任何重大影響。
經審核委員會推薦，董事會已議決建議委任天健德揚為核數師，以填補於辭任後的空缺，並任職至下屆股東週年大會結束為止，惟須待股東批准後，方可作實。
