(CSE: SEEM) (OTCQB: ESVNF) ("Serra" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Patrick Donnelly as President & CEO and Grant Wechsel as Director of the Company. Vince Sorace, Chairman of the Company, will assume the position of Interim President and CEO.
