According to Zhitong Finance App, Kaifushan Group Holdings (08512) announced that the company has established an independent board committee composed of all independent non-executive directors (i.e. Mr. Chen Changda, Mr. He Zhiwei, and Mr. Zhu Jianhong) with no direct or indirect interest in the share repurchase to provide advice to uninterested shareholders.

With the approval of the Independent Board Committee, Hongri Capital has been appointed as an independent financial advisor to advise the Independent Board Committee and uninterested shareholders on this matter.
