In this recycled product project, we will continue to develop attractive products using recycled materials and contribute to the realization of a resource-recycling society.
[Until in-flight blankets become recycled yarn]
After the in-flight blanket that has finished its role is “cut” and “crushed” at Kurabo's Anjo Plant, then an anti-wool (anti-wool) machine(*1)Then, return it to the cotton-like fibers. Then, in order to stabilize quality, cotton was added, and a fabric made from recycled materials was created from spun recycled yarn(*2). Recycled yarn made through the anti-hair process can be widely used for new clothing, miscellaneous goods, etc.
(*1): Returning textile products, cut fragments, etc. to their cotton form.
(*2): The recycled raw material content is approximately 20% or less.
