Zhitong Finance App News, Yuanxiang Group (08401) announced that since KPMG and the company failed to reach an agreement on the audit fee for reviewing the company's consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2024, KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor with effect from February 16, 2024.

Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors decided to appoint China Global Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor with effect from February 16, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy caused by KPMG's resignation for a term of office until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
