Surrozen, Inc. has elevated Charles Williams from CFO to the additional role of COO, effective February 1, 2024. Having served as CFO since November 2020, his expertise is detailed in the company’s latest annual report. Williams’ appointment comes with a clean ethical slate, free of conflicts or familial ties within the company, and his salary has been adjusted to $465,000 annually in line with this new position.
