Regulus Grants Incentive Stock Options
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / February 6, 2024 / Regulus Resources Inc. ("Regulus" or the "Company")(TSX-V:REG)(OTCQX:RGLSF) announces that incentive stock options have been granted to directors, officers, employees and consultants to purchase up to 5,225,000 common shares at a price of $0.92 per share for five years, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan. These stock options will vest over a two-year period, with one-quarter vesting every six months.
