Gelonghui, Feb. 6 | FUTURE BRIGHT (00703.HK) announced that on February 6, 2024, Jia Ying, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company (as a tenant), entered into a lease agreement with the owner. According to this, Jia Ying was authorized to operate a food souvenir shop. The rental period is from February 15, 2024 to April 14, 2029 (including the first and last two days). According to Lease Agreement A, the monthly rent is (i) HK$100,000 for the period from April 15, 2024 to April 14, 2027; and (ii) HK$110,000 for the period from April 15, 2027 to April 14, 2029. According to Lease Agreement B, the monthly rent was (i) HK$18,000 for the period from April 15, 2024 to April 14, 2027; and (ii) HK$19,800 for the period from April 15, 2027 to April 14, 2029.

The Group plans to operate a “Ying Kee” brand food souvenir shop on Guanqian Main Street, one of the oldest streets in Macau. The Chinese name of Guanqian Street derives from the customs that once managed Macau's foreign trade. Currently, in addition to traditional Chinese stores, coffee shops, Portuguese snack bars, restaurants and Macau specialty food stores have entered Guanqian Main Street. In view of the increasing number of visitors to Macau, the region's specialty coffee shops and food stores are popular with tourists and local residents, and the business prospects for the region are expected to be good. The Board of Directors believes that entering into a lease agreement will bring stable turnover to the Group.
