The company received a letter dated January 26, 2024 from the Stock Exchange, informing that the company's Stock Exchange Listing Committee had considered the company's case and decided to cancel the company's listing status in accordance with section 6.01A (1) of the listing rules.

The Listing Committee found that the company failed to meet the requirements of the resumption guidelines before the deadline for resuming trading, and that the company had no right to request any extension.

According to sections 2B.06 (2) and 2B.08 (1) of the Listing Rules, a company has the right to forward the decision to the Listing Review Committee for review within seven business days from the date of the decision (i.e. on or before February 6, 2024). Otherwise, the last listing date for the shares will be February 9, 2024 (last listing date), and the listing status of the shares will be cancelled at 9:00 a.m. on February 14, 2024.

After considering the decision, and after discussions with internal and professional advisors, the company submitted an application on February 5, 2024 in accordance with section 2B.06 and section 2B.08 of the listing rules, requesting that the decision be forwarded to the Listing Review Committee for review.

Furthermore, trading of the company's shares continues to be suspended.
