VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / February 5, 2024 / Rush Rare Metals Corp. ("Rush" or the "Company") (CSE:RSH) is pleased to announce that it will be conducting a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") under which it will raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $250,000.

The Offering will consist of the issuance of up to 3,571,428 units (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.07 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant", entitling the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.15 for twenty-four (24) months). The Company intends to use the proceeds from the Offering for general working capital. The Company may pay finder's fees in connection with the Offering. Securities issued under the Offering will be subject to a four month hold period in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws. Insiders of the Company are expected to participate in the Offering.
