The decision stated that Zhang Jianfang did not promptly inform the company about the “Memorandum of Cooperation” matters, resulting in Kang Longda not promptly announcing it; Kang Longda did not promptly disclose the company's major risks involved in the “Termination of the Basic Cooperation Agreement”; and there were false records in Kang Longda's 2020 annual report.
