城規會上周五(1月26日)有條件批准宏安地產(01243.HK)申請放寬油塘工業大廈第4座地積比率逾20%作住宅發展，提供676伙，每伙單位面積不少於280方呎。
宏安地產去年5月份完成收購的油塘四山街18至20號油塘工業大廈第4座，項目地盤面積約41,688平方呎。落成後提供兩幢樓高26層、設2層地庫的綜合用途大廈，其中住宅部分約250,126平方呎，非住宅部分約54,235平方呎，合共約304,361平方呎。項目設有零售、社會福利設施及幼兒中心，並提供166個車位。
