专业旅运（01235）发布公告，于2024年1月18日，承租人（专业旅运集团管理有限公司，公司的间接全资附属公司）及业主（奥昇置业（海外）控股有限公司）就有关租赁该物业订立该临时租赁合约，租期自2024年3月1日起固定为3年。
该物业为中国香港告士打道160号海外信托银行大厦5楼。集团将以该物业作为其新总部。集团现时总部的租赁将于2024年四月中届满。由于疫情过后市场复苏，集团员工人数增加，董事认为，该物业占地面积较大，可满足集团的运营需要。
