今海国际（02225）公布，于2024年1月9日，董事会议决根据购股权计划的条款向承授人授出合共1.2925亿份购股权，其中7108.75万份购股权有条件授予刘镭、646.25万份购股权授予王振飞及5170万份购股权授予集团其他九名全职僱员。所授出购股权的行使价为每股股份2.54港元。
