中海石油化学（03983）发布公告，于2023年12月27日，上海富岛（公司附属公司及广西富岛的股东之一）与惠多利农资（广西富岛的另一股东）订立增资协议。
根据增资协议，惠多利农资同意认购广西富岛人民币1000万元的增资，上海富岛同意不就增资行使其优先购买权；及于增资完成后，广西富岛的注册资本将由人民币2000万元增加至人民币3000万元，而上海富岛于广西富岛的股权将由51%摊薄至34%，而惠多利农资于广西富岛的股权将由49%增加至66%。
