(an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a sale-leaseback transaction with Quanzhou Yuanpeng in accordance with the financial lease agreement. According to the financial lease agreement, the buyer will buy the leased back assets from Quanzhou Yuanpeng at a cost of RMB 20 million and rent back the assets to Quanzhou Yuanpeng for a period of 24 months, and receive the lease payment in return.
