Gelonghui, December 28, 丨 Century Jinhua (00162.HK) announced that on December 28, 2023, Qujiang Century Jinhua Group (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into joint venture rules with Wenfei Commercial and Zhuoquntai to establish a joint venture. The joint venture will be 40% owned by Qujiang Century Jinhua Group, 30% by Wenfei Commercial, and 30% by Zhuoquntai.

The joint venture will mainly be engaged in the operation and management of the Gaoxin Shopping Center.

The registered capital of the joint venture will be RMB 20,000,000, of which Qujiang Century Jinhua Group, Wenfei Commercial and Zhuoquntai will jointly invest RMB 8,000,000, RMB 6,000,000 and RMB 6,000,000 respectively in cash.
